Self-Centering with Reversible 5º Pivot Pin Custom Pivot Pin Available Many Standard Finishes 3 Year Warranty Pony Wall Mount for 180º Application Use Monolithic Tempered Glass
These CRL Geneva Pony Wall Mount Series hinges can be used in place of the standard wall-to-glass hinges normally utilized when using wall mount hinges on a pony wall， and glass-to-glass hinges above them. The GEN280 model is for use with 180º applications， while the GEN245 is for use with 135º applications. Previously in this application the tile or marble had to be cut to allow the wall mount hinge to be recessed. That adjustment aligned the pivot points between both hinges to allow proper installation. Geneva Pony Wall Mount Hinges are modified with a shortened center block (containing only one centering spring) and a small back plate (with only two mounting holes). Each hinge has the same Reversible 5º Pivot Pin as our standard Geneva Hinge.
NOTE: For 135º installations it is required that the face of the pony wall be at a 45º angle to the wall， and a 90º angle to the door plane.
Using two hinges with 5/16" to 1/2" glass (8 to 12 mm) the hinge will hold up to 80 lbs. (36 kg) with a maximum door width of 28" (711 mm).
Using three hinges with 5/16" to 1/2" glass (8 to 12 mm) the hinge will hold up to 120 lbs. (54 kg) with a maximum door width of 32" (813 mm).
